I haven't excercise for almost 3 years and really enjoyed the Ems training. I felt like after a very good workout with a sore muscles the day after. The trainer recommended me a pressotherapy massage which makes miracles on my legs- the soreness was gone immediately 👍🏻 highly recommended
Eye opening experience. Have to try it once to understand.. A full body workout in 20-25 minutes that hits all major and supporting muscles (400 total)! I only have limited time and my goal is to train for strength so this is ideal. I heard there are plenty of these in eastern europe but not so common here in Ireland which I think is a shame.
